SPECIAL NOTES

  • Sightseeing of First day and last day are totally depends on time of arrival and return flight / Train / Bus…
  • 100% advance has to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Pick-up and drop from Madgaon Railway Station cost extra per way.
  • Late Night & early morning Airport transfers will cost additional. (standard time is 08:00 AM to 09:00PM)
  • Full day South Goa Sightseeing, Island Trip will be arranged as per request. 
  • Dhudhsagar waterfall trip cost as per government rule.
  • All prices are per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults travelling together.
  • For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour..
  • High Season Surcharges as applicable during Diwali, Christmas and New Year. Compulsory Gala Dinner charges are applicable during Christmas and New Year Note: Additional chargers are applicable during mentioned travel periods; Diwali, Christmas, New Year Tour price will differ from hotel to hotel
  • Full day sightseeing timing will be 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

  • Standard Check-in time 12:00 hrs – 14:00 hrs and Check-out time 10:00 hrs – 12:00 hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.

 

  • Cancellation within 40 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages.: 10% of the published tour cost.
  • Cancellation within 25 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour package.: 60 % of the published tour cost.
  • Cancellation within 20 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages. :100 % of the published tour cost.
